StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time FMS Analyst, Senior. The FMS Analyst will support the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. The FMS Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
- Over ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description with at least five (5) of those years analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
- At least five (5) years of experience with Security Assistance Programs and FMS Case Lifecycles.
