StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time, Information Management/Technical Analyst, Senior to support a NAVAIR program in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Information Management/Technical Analyst, Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
Design systems and procedures
Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively
Track hardware and software development status for an aviation program.
Provide metrics on the conduct of systems hardware and software in the loop testing.
Track and provide resolution on identified deficiencies.
Represent Chief Engineer at Turnover to Test and Turnover to Integration events.
Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects and
Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Required Experience Requirements:
10 or more years of experience performing the duties described in the Essential Job Duties.
Allowable Education Substitutions:
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD. interim clearance prior to employment.
