StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Program/Project- Management Analyst, Senior to support a NAVAIR program at Patuxent River MD. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program/Project- Management Analyst, Senior will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties and requirements:
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all team members.
Generate, document, staff and release USN Interim Flight Clearances.
Ability to use E-Power to generate and staff airworthiness documentation.
Develop chop sheets for flight clearance review and approval.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Tracks program/project status and schedules.
Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
10 or more years of experience performing the duties described in the Essential Job Duties.
Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of an aviation program and ability to perform all functional duties independently.
Allowable Education Substitutions:
Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Minimum Secret clearance or above required.
