Contract Administrator and Financial Analyst

Suitland, MD
StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator and Financial Analyst to support a Navy SAP program. The work is required to be onsite full-time in Suitland MD. 

Essential Job Duties:
  • Develop, track, monitor, and evaluate IMPs and IMSs
  • Track, distribute, and maintain vendor contract data requirement lists
  • Identify deficiencies, recommend modifications and solutions, and provide comments
  • Manage databases, schedules, action item lists, meeting minutes and briefing support data for the program and staff
  • Develop spend plans and coordinate with the financial team for inclusion in the fiscal year budget plans
  • Estimate cost requirements, in support of program milestones, justify costs and manpower requirements, explain delays in program spending, modify program and budget submittals based on delays, and support budget process/budget reviews as required.

Experience Requirements:
  • Required – at least 8 years of experience in contracts support for research and development acquisition
  • Experience working with classified programs
Special Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of NEPA/EO 12114 and PESHE development and implementation.
Education Requirements:
  • BS or BA degree. Allowable substitution: 5 years of relevant work experience

  • U.S. Citizenship required
