StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Senior Acquisitions, Program Management Analyst to support our recently awarded 5-year SAP program with the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group (NCWDG) in Suitland.
Essential Job Duties:
Provides Program support (procurement and acquisition) for research and development of cyber related systems and activities in a Systems Engineering and Technical Analysis role.
The position requires a broad understanding of technology principals across a wide range of technical disciplines related to Cyber Warfare, Electronic Warfare, and SIGINT. Requires experience in DoD acquisition, program management, budgeting, and financial support.
Requires experience in planning and scheduling.
Prefer knowledge of DoD contracting.
Prefer experience working with various military commands, intelligence centers, laboratories, and major prime defense contractors.
Prefer experience with DoD JCIDS process and documentation.
Prefer experience in preparing flag and congressional level briefing materials.
Provides programmatic, administrative, contracting, and financial support to project teams and organization leaders to assessing program office and individual contract performance, risks, deliverables, milestones, deadlines, acquisition budget needs, and other programmatic tasks.
At least five years of experience in SETA or related project support experience.
Preferred - Contract experience with large R&D acquisition programs, with a focus on IC or DoD SIGINT, Cyber, Information Operations, or R&D programs.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
Possess a team-oriented personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Possess a high level of self-motivation; able to carry out tasks without continuous supervision.
Preferred - Working level knowledge of MS SharePoint software.
Experience working with classified programs
Education: Masters Degree Preferred
Required - BS or BA degree in a Business, Management, Administration, or Public Policy Discipline or other related discipline.
Allowable substitution for MS Degree: BS or BA degree in any discipline and an additional 4 years of experience in acquisition or acquisition management.
Training and Certifications: Required to qualify for PMP (obtain with-in 1 year of employment with company paid assistance with-in one year of employment).
Preferred: - PMP or a certification in DAU or DAWIA Program Management or Contracting
