StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full Time GFP Program Analyst This position serves as the Precision Strike Weapons Program Office Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFE/P) and Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S) Program Analyst at the PMA-201 Program Office at the Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, MD.  The primary responsibility will be for the management of all Precision Strike Weapons equipment/property and supplies.  The incumbent will become a subject matter expert in all property management policies and guidance while developing and implementing program strategies balancing cost, schedule, performance and risk for all GFE/P and OM&S procured, owned and managed by the PMA. In addition, the GFP Program Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks, functions and services:
 
  • Plan, manage, track, report and execute all aspects of critical GFE/P and OM&S in support of Development, Production and Sustainment.
  • Facilitate teamwork between Integrated Product Teams, NAVAIR competencies, DoD Organizations, DCMA, Fleet customers, and contractor organizations to execute all aspects of the various efforts.
  • Work in conjunction with the NAVAIR Command Property Office (CPO) in the accounting and reporting of all PMA owned property (GFE, GFP, OM&S)
  • Coordinate across the IPTs in the office to respond to all property management taskers and drills, providing lessons learned and minimizing the efforts required by each team to the maximum extent possible.
  • Becoming the SME for all property management policy, SWPs, instructions, etc..
  • Work with the teams across the office to develop and maintain an active physical inventory plan, to include SOW/CDRL language development with OEMs (when appropriate) with support & deliverables required to respond to taskers and drills.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with program cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Prepare and evaluate contracting documentation, tech data packages, Engineering Change Proposals, CDRLs, program schedules, and cost reports as they relate to property management. 
 
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
  • DAWIA Level II certification in Program Management (Level III desired).

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management or similar business related field.

  • U.S. Citizenship required  
  • Minimum Secret clearance required OR must be eligible to apply and be granted interim DoD interim clearance prior to employment.
